Who is responsible
Aleksey Aleksandrovich (AG064), Estonia, is responsible for personal data handled through this portfolio. For privacy questions or requests, write to contact@ag064.eu. This notice covers this website and enquiries sent to its contact address.
When you visit
Your browser sends technical data needed to load the site, including your IP address, the requested address, and browser information. Zone Media OÜ provides the hosting and incoming email service. Hosting access and error logs may include request times, response codes, and the referring page.
This data supports delivery, fault diagnosis, and security of the site. The legal basis is legitimate interests in keeping the portfolio available and secure (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The site does not use advertising pixels, analytics services, visitor profiles, or automated decisions about people.
When you contact me
An email contains your address, the message, and any name or attachments you choose to send. I use these to read and answer your enquiry. Please avoid sending identity documents, bank details, health records, or other sensitive information that is not needed for the conversation.
Professional correspondence is processed on the basis of legitimate interests. If you ask me to take steps toward a contract with you, Article 6(1)(b) applies to those steps. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Providing contact details is voluntary, but I need a way to reply.
Browser storage and demonstrations
The theme switch remembers light or dark mode in sessionStorage for the current browser-tab session. It is not used to identify or track you. The site removes the persistent theme value used by an earlier version. No advertising or analytics cookies are set by the site.
The loan calculator uses fictional example values and runs in the browser. It does not ask for your name, email, income, employment details, or free-text personal information, and it does not send a loan application. Its values are held in page memory and reset when the demo is restarted or the page is reloaded.
How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not become client work are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If a specific dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention, only the relevant material is kept for that purpose.
Zone rotates web-server logs daily at 00:00 UTC. Compressed logs for up to the previous four days are available in the hosting account. Zone also states that log history for up to three months may be requested from its support team. The four-day account history is therefore not a guarantee that all provider-held log copies have been deleted.
File and mailbox backups are retained for 14 days in a separate data centre. Deleted data may remain in those backups until their retention period expires. Backup retention is separate from the availability of web-server logs.
Correspondence that becomes a client project is retained for carrying out the agreement and applicable legal obligations. Project-specific information is provided when the work is agreed.
Providers and external links
Zone processes hosting and email data to provide these services. Relevant data may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
GitHub, LinkedIn, Telegram, Patreon, and other external sites are links, not embedded tracking widgets. They receive information when you choose to visit or contact them, and their own privacy terms apply. Some external providers operate outside the European Economic Area. You can use email instead of a social platform to contact me.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights have legal conditions and exceptions.
Send a request to contact@ag064.eu. I normally respond within one month and will explain any lawful extension or need to verify your identity. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or another competent supervisory authority.
